usagbu is a platform that connects parents with childcare providers (nannies). We facilitate the connection and booking process but are not a childcare agency. Nannies using our platform are independent contractors, not employees of usagbu.

You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for:
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Updating your information as needed
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
• Provide false or misleading information
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Circumvent the platform to avoid fees
• Share your account with others
5. Payments and Fees
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Platform fees are clearly displayed before booking confirmation
• Refund policies are subject to our cancellation policy
• You agree to pay all fees associated with your bookings
6. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made 24+ hours before the booking: Full refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: 50% refund
• No-shows: No refund
• Emergency situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis
7. Limitation of Liability
usagbu is a platform connecting users and is not responsible for:
• The conduct of any user
• The quality of childcare services provided
• Any disputes between parents and nannies
• Any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of our platform
Users are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold usagbu harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
